Event Rules
- Doors open 30 minutes before the event start time.
- Admission to the event venue is only permitted for guests with a valid ticket.
- Guests arriving after the event has started will be subject to the “late arrival procedure” and will only be admitted to the venue at times deemed appropriate by the production team. To avoid disturbing the event and other attendees, late entry will be arranged to cause as little disruption as possible during the performance.
- Guests who leave the venue for any reason after the event has started will be considered “late arrivals” and will be subject to the “late arrival procedure” upon re-entry.
- The event is suitable for attendees aged 6 and over.
- The sound levels at the event venue may cause temporary hearing discomfort.
- The lighting at the event venue may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- All attendees are required to keep their tickets with them throughout the event.
- Attendees who leave the event venue after entering will be required to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
- Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to deny admission to holders of tickets purchased from unauthorized sales points.
- The organizer reserves the right to deny admission to any person it deems unsuitable, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
- Food is not allowed inside the venue.
No pets are allowed in the concert venue, except guide dogs.
- Medication is not allowed inside the event venue.
Attendees are responsible for keeping their personal belongings with them at all times. The responsibility for all personal belongings lies with the attendee.
- It is prohibited to enter the event venue with any flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), combustible, sharp, or pointed objects, or laser pointers.
- Recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Professional audio and video equipment (such as video cameras and cameras), selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, and similar materials will not be allowed inside the event venue.
- The organizer and venue reserve the right to use photographs and video footage of attendees taken
during the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, attendees acknowledge and consent to such use.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
