Ekaterina Shelehova is a Russian opera singer, vocalist, and composer who brings together opera, ethnic music, and contemporary vocal techniques through her distinctive artistic approach. She began studying music at the age of three, grew up in Canada, and studied at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. She later completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Opera Performance at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Milan.

In 2021, she gained international attention with her performance of "Earth Melodies" on Italia's Got Talent, reaching millions of views with her distinctive ethno-operatic style. Alongside her classical opera repertoire, Shelehova also performs her original compositions, bringing together musical traditions from different cultures with contemporary vocal techniques.

Ekaterina Shelehova has performed not only on opera stages in Canada and Italy but also in China, Mexico, the United States, Ireland, Spain, Russia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Germany, France, and Switzerland. She has also performed as a solo vocalist with the internationally renowned group ERA and collaborated with various orchestras and artists.

With a particular interest in Turkish music, Shelehova has performed Turkish songs including "Yine Bir Gülnihal", "Nazende Sevgilim", and "Sarı Gelin". She has also composed music for films, video games, and various visual projects, continuing to bring opera and ethnic music together through her original compositions.
