Event Rules
The organizing company reserves the right to refuse admission to attendees it determines have previously attended any of its events, while refunding the ticket price.
- There is an 18-year-old age restriction for the event.
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.
- The membership holder must attend the event; ID checks will be conducted at the door.
- We strongly request that attendees refrain from wearing clothing featuring any brand names, logos, text, slogans, etc.
- If the ticket holder is unable to attend the event, they must contact Biletix customer service to request a refund. Refund requests are accepted up to 24 hours before the event.
- Gender equality is a priority. Tickets are sold by category. We strongly request that you purchase tickets accordingly.
- The organizing company reserves the right to deny entry to the event venue to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, provided the ticket price is refunded.
- PDF tickets sent to the member after the transaction must be presented via the app or printed out upon entry to the event.
- The event features unnumbered seating.
- We ask that you refrain from bringing food or beverages to the event and that you comply with any instructions given by event staff.
- Art enthusiasts who fail to comply with the above rules will be removed from the event venue by event staff.
