- The organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry to the event and backstage area to any person deemed unsuitable.
- Entry may be refused at the sole discretion of the venue based on factors including, but not limited to, maintaining the female-to-male guest balance, behavior, attitude, dress code, and general suitability. All decisions made at the entrance are final and binding under all circumstances.
- Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
- By attending the event, participants grant the organizer the right to use photographs and video footage taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
