Event Rules
- Children under the age of 7 are not admitted to the event.
- Attendees aged 7 and older must have a ticket.
- Participants purchasing student tickets must present valid identification.
- Since the gates to the church courtyard will close at 8:30 p.m., guests arriving after this time will not be admitted to the event.
- The organizing company reserves the right to refuse entry to the event venue to any individual deemed inappropriate or likely to disturb other guests, subject to a refund of the ticket price.
- Guests must adhere to the designated seating arrangement. Guests are required to remain in their assigned seats throughout the event.
- We strongly request that you arrive at the event entrance with your ticket at least 30 minutes before the event start time.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the ticket purchase terms and the program.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the event venue and time.
- Bringing food and beverages into the event venue is prohibited.
- No audience members will be admitted to the hall once the event has begun.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.
- Cameras and cameras are prohibited at the event venue.
- You must present your ticket, as barcode/ticket checks will be conducted upon entry. If you purchased your ticket through a membership, please log in to your account and access your ticket via the “My Tickets” section. If you are unable to access your ticket or did not purchase it through a membership, please contact Biletix Customer Service.
