- The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove from the venue any person deemed unsuitable or whose behavior disturbs or is likely to disturb other guests, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
- Guests are required to comply with the designated seating arrangement and must remain in the seats indicated on their tickets throughout the event.
- Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the venue entrance with their tickets at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- As barcode/ticket verification will be carried out at the entrance, presentation of a valid ticket is mandatory. If your ticket was purchased through a membership account, please log in and access your ticket under the "My Tickets" section. If you are unable to locate your ticket, or if it was not purchased through a membership account, please contact Biletix Customer Service.
