- The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove from the venue any person deemed unsuitable or whose behavior disturbs or is likely to disturb other guests, provided that the ticket price is refunded.

If you are unable to locate your ticket, or if it was not purchased through a membership account, please contact Biletix Customer Service.
