Tickets to your address!

Courier Delivery for Region 2 covers all cities except İstanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Eskişehir, İzmir.

Your orders may be delivered to other recepiensts at the address defined in your order records provided they present a valid, matching ID upon delivery. Make sure you entered the full postal address and contact number correctly.

If your tickets cannot be delivered twice to the address, they are directed to us. In this case, please contact Biletix Customer Services from +90 850 755 55 55.

Delivery durations are estimated, may vary due to the far districts of the city.

Courier service is avaliable between 10:00 and 18:00 on weekdays and between 10:00-14:00 on Saturdays. Courier service is not available on Sundays. There are no additional charges due upon delivery.

If any kind of membership (IKSV Lale Card etc.), campaign or discount card (student, 65+ etc.), used while purchasing, you need to present it upon the entry of the event.
