- All participitants regardless of their age will be needing a ticket to attend the concert.  Ticket holders below 15 years old, will need to be accompanied by their parents holding a ticket from the Premium Tribune category.
- Ticket holders from 15 to 18 years of age can only buy tickets from the Premium Tribune category. Ticket holders under the age of 18 will not be taken into the standing area.
- All participants should have a valid ID with them throughout the event.
- Doors open at: 19:30

-Concert will be held in any weather condition. Be prepared for all weather conditions. No tickets will be refunded due to the weather conditions. There are food and beverage vendors inside the venue,  food and beverage of any kind will not be allowed to be brought from outside. 
-For individuals who are considered not suitable for the activity, the organisation company reserves the right to deny entrance to the area of activity. Such individuals are to be refunded.
-No selfie and/or GoPro sticks are allowed in the event area.
-No cameras or any type of recording devices are allowed into the event area.
-No one may record, videotape, or film any portion of Artis's performance. Ticket holder hereby grants artist management the right to confiscate any audio or visual medium on his/her person while inside the facility.
-Keep your tickets and whirstbands during the event.
-The organization is not responsible for any valuables and loss.
-No pets are allowed in the event area.
-Please be adviced to purchase official merchandise sold at the venue.
-The organization reserves the right to use photographs and video recordings of the event goers in the promotion materials. 
-Spectators will be waiving their rights off for photographic and video shootings during the concert. 
-Laser pen and/or equipment, flammable items (deodorant, spray, parfume etc), glass materials, sharp or pointed tools, licensed or not, fire arms and / or weapons, are strictly forbidden in the event area.
-Prolonged exposure to high volume sound levels during the event can cause temporary hearing loss.
-Prolonged exposure to the lights used during the event can cause temporary disturbance to sight.
-Please be adviced to purchase the concert tickets from official ticket sales outlets, any other tickets will be regarded as illegal
-Visitors who would like to exit the event area will be needing a new ticket for re-entrance. The ticket cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued.
