General Terms of Kidzmondo Trump Istanbul

1. Children under the age of 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
2. Children between the ages of 9 to 12 can access the KidzMondo Trump İstanbul alone but need to be registered and picked up by an adult- Adults picking up children need to present a valid voucher number.
3. Children above 12 years of age can access and exit the KidzMondo Trump İstanbul on their own.
4. Children between the ages of 0 to 3 can only access the toddlers’ area.
5  Adults must be accompanied by children to be admitted inside KidzMondo Trump İstanbul.
6. KidzMondo Trump İstanbul reserves the right to refuse admission to a guest due to capacity limit or other reasons.
7. KidzMondo Trump İstanbul’s operating hours are subject to change without notification. Due to refurbishing, capacity, inclement weather or special events that may otherwise discontinue the operation of KidzMondo Trump İstanbul without notice and without libalitiy.
8. Kidzmonto Trump İstanbul entry tickets are non-refundable.
9. Electronic bracelets are defined to the system specially for each visitor in KidzMondo Trump İstanbul. Security bracelets are non-transferable and cannot be removed by the visitors.
10. The visitors with any chronic illness( Diabetes, gout, epilepsy, etc.) should inform the management of KidzMondo Trump İstanbul at the point of entering.
11. KidzMondo Trump İstanbul is not responsible for any damages caused by the ticket holder, in consequence of inattention or negligence within the park.
12. Once admitted inside KidzMondo Trump İstanbul children cannot exit temporarily.
13. Entry tickets do not entitle the holder to non-complimentary services or provisions within KidzMondo Trump İstanbul. (Goods and services, food & beverages, souvenir shops, photo booth, etc.)
14. KidzMondo Trump İstanbul is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
15. Lost Kidlars or checks are not refundable.
16. Foods and beverages brought from outside are not allowed in KidzMondo Trump İstanbul.
17. Pets are not allowed in KidMondo Trump İstanbul.
18. Smoking is not allowed in KidzMondo Trump İstanbul.
19. Guns and other hazardous materials are not allowed at KidzMondo Trump İstanbul.
20. The guests of KidzMondo Trump İstanbul must respect the rights of the other guests and pay attention to the cleanliness of the park. The ticket holder may be refused to enter Kidzmondo Trump İstanbul according to the staff’s decision, if the presence of the holder may pose a risk to the safety of other guests, and/or disturb the others’ enjoyment within KidzMondo Trump İstanbul and/or effect operation of KidzMondo Trump İstanbul.
21. Photography and videotaping for commercial purposes and any other recording devices (except photo cameras for parents) are not allowed in KidzMondo Trump İstanbul.
22. Announcements, brochures, etc. are not allowed without prior approval in KidzMondo Trump İstanbul.
23. KidzMondo Trump İstanbul may use photographs, films, videotapes, and recorders without any payments or fees to any person.
24. Written and verbal. All other terms and conditions apply specified by the management in writing and orally are valid inside KidzMondo Trump İstanbul.

Inside KidzMondo Trump Istanbul
• Some establishments have present schedules.
• Some establishments might have age and height restrictions due to safety reasons for your children.
• Some establishments might be reserved for birthday parties or other specific events.
• Queuing that may occur in some establishments can be expected during busy hours.
• Establishments have limited capacities of guests.
• Adults are not allowed to queue on behalf of children.
• Adults are not allowed inside the establishments.
• Children between the ages of 0 to 3 and their parents can only access the toddlers’ area.
