- HES code query will be made through the "Hayat Eve Sığar" application at the entrance of the event. The guests who will attend the event must receive the HEPP code via the "Hayat Eve Sığar" application, SMS or E-Devlet portal before coming to the venue and submit the HES code at the entrance.
- Fever measurement will be made at the entrance of the event area. Spectators with high fever and / or other symptoms of illness will not be admitted to the Event area.
- It is mandatory for everyone at the event to wear a mask to cover their mouth and nose before, after and during the event. Anyone without a mask will not be allowed into the venue.
- Due to pandemic measures, Spectators must be in the Event area before the event start time. Entries and exits to the area will be made in a controlled and gradual manner.
- It is necessary to comply with the social distance rules and markers in the activity area, and pay attention to the directions and warning announcements in the area.
- All Spectators should sit according to the seat numbers indicated on their tickets, and comply with the seat arrangement determined according to social distance.
- Physical ticket sales will not be made from the box office of the event venue in order to prevent the density and contact in front of the box office. Online channels must be used for sales and ticket delivery.
- The event has an age limit of 6. All spectators over the age of 6 are subject to a ticket.
- After the event starts, no audience will be allowed into the hall.
- During the event, all Spectators are required to have their tickets with them. In case the spectators entering the event area exit the area, they will have to buy new tickets.
- Event tickets should only be purchased from official sales points determined by the organization owner. The organization owner reserves the right not to let the owners of tickets not purchased from official sales points into the Event area.
- The owner of the organization reserves the right not to admit a person they deem unsuitable, provided that they refund the ticket price of the Event.
- Since food and beverage will be sold inside the event area, food and beverage brought from outside will not be allowed into the Event area.
- Pets will not be allowed in the event area.
- You should not take your personal belongings with you in the event area. The responsibility of all their private belongings belongs to the Spectator.
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with any tools and laser pointer that can be used as flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing.
- It is strictly forbidden to record during the event. Professional audio and video tools (camcorder and camera etc.), Selfie Stick and GoPro sticks etc. materials will not be received.
- The right to use the photos and videos of the people participating in the event in the promotional materials belongs to the organizer, and the participant agrees to use this right by participating in the Event.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the program and ticket prices.
