Click “Biletix Event Newsletter” if you want to receive our weekly ticket alert and special promotional announcements. 4. Click “Continue” to proceed. 5. You can view your profile, addresses and tickets on “My Account” page.
a. My Account/My Profile: Update your personal information or e-mail address or password,b. My Account /Addresses: Create new address or update the current one.c. My Account/My Tickets: Find your latest purchase details in 3 months such as reference number, transaction date, event name, seats, total, delivery option and delivery status.
1. Click “Login” on www.biletix.com .
2. Enter your registered e-mail address and password to create your Biletix account.
3. Click “Sign In”.
4. If you happen to forget your password, click “Forgot Password”. On Password Reminder pop-up write your registered e-mail address and and send. Your password will be sent to this e-mail address.
1. Search on www.biletix.com for your desired event by event name or a keyword. 3.Click “Buy Now” to proceed. 4. “Find Tickets” page: a.Events at biletix.com have different features. Some events may have privileges related to memberships and campaigns. You can find the earl bird and general sales information in the "Important Dates" tab on the event page. b. If you have a membership available for this event, select the membership or campaing type from the pull-down menu. Fill the membership / campaign details after you select date, time and block. c. If not, continue your transaction by selecting the General Sale option. d. After selecting date and time choose the number of tickets and price category. Check the seating plan when selecting your price category. Tickets may not be available in all price categories and blocks. e. Some events may have discounts for students and seniors; make sure you have your card of discount with you since there will be ID checks upon entry of the venues. f. There might be a ticket limit set by the promoter. Any exceeding ticket order may be cancelled without further notice. g. Finally, select your block among the list of blocks that have available seats to sell from the price category you have selected. The ticketing system will allocate the best available seats in the selected block.5. If you don't want these tickets anymore, you can either go back to “Find Tickets” page or click “biletix” logo to go to home page. 6. Click “Continue” after you finish selecting. 7. “Shopping” page: This is a summary page. You can see the best seats that the ticketing system has allocated for you. These seats are assessed at your selections on the previous page. Check all the details (date, time, block, row, seat and price) listed on the page. If you are happy with the information, continue your transaction. If not, go back and search again. 8. In order to process your order you need to login. You will be directed to Login / Register page. 9. If you already have a Biletix account, simply login with your e-mail address and password. If you don’t, create new account. 10. “Delivery Methods” page: Delivery methods may vary for every event. Please select the most convenient and keep in mind that once you complete the transaction there will be no chance for a change of the Delivery Methods.
Here are the Delivery Methods:
a. Biletim Cepte:i. Choose “Biletim Cepte” as your delivery method. ii. Your tickets will be sent as SMS to the phone numbers that you enter during the transaction. You may enter phone numbers for each ticket. At least one telephone number is required for this delivery type. iii. At the end of your transaction a confirmation SMS is sent to your mobile. Besides, you will receive SMS for each ticket you purchase which includes barcodes of the tickets. iv. Bring your mobile phone along with you since the barcodes will be scanned upon the entry of the venue. b. Hızlı Bilet:i. Choose “PDF Ticket” as your delivery method. ii. You will receive two e-mails at the end of your transaction. Open the one with the subject “Your Hızlı Bilet”and print the PDF file that is attached. If you have more than one ticket you need to print out all the pages. The other e-mail is your transaction summary. iii. Bring your “Hızlı Bilet” with you since the barcodes will be scanned upon the entry of the venue. c. Cepte Bilet:i. Choose “Cepte Bilet” as your delivery method. ii. You will receive two e-mails at the end of your transaction. Open the one with the subject “Your Cepte Bilet”. Download the QR codes to your smart phone by using Passbook or similar programs. Or open the link in the e-mail via mobile browser. The other e-mail is your transaction summary. iii. Bring your mobile phone along with you since the QR codes will be scanned upon the entry of the venue.d. Will Call or Retail Outlet Pick-up: Have your tickets before the event day from Biletix Retail Outlets or from the will call window on the event day.i. Choose “Will Call or Retail Outlet Pick-up” as your delivery method. ii. At the end of the transaction a reference number is sent both as an e-mail and SMS. iii. Visit the closest Biletix Retail Outlets with your reference number and a valid ID to pick up the tickets.e. Courier Delivery - Region 1: This delivery method covers the cities İstanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Eskişehir, İzmir.i. Choose “Courier Delivery for Region 1” as your delivery method. ii. Select a date and an address for courier delivery. If there is no address saved on your profile, please update your address. Make sure you entered the full postal address and contact number correctly. iii. Your tickets will be delivered on presentation of ID by courier to your address on the date you select. iv. Delivery durations are estimated, may vary due to the far districts of the city. The courier service is available between 10:00 – 18:00 on weekdays and Saturday. There is no courier delivery on Sundays.f. Courier Delivery - Region 2: This delivery method covers all cities except İstanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Eskişehir, İzmir. i. Choose “Courier Delivery for Region 2” as your delivery method. ii. Select a an address for courier delivery. If there is no address saved on your profile, please update your address. Make sure you entered the full postal address and contact number correctly. iii. Your tickets will be delivered on presentation of ID by courier to your address. iv. Delivery durations are estimated, may vary due to the far districts of the city. The courier service is available between 10:00 – 18:00 on weekdays and Saturday. There is no courier delivery on Sundays.g. nternational Delivery: This delivery method is only for designated events. Your tickets will be delivered by UPS to your address. Please make sure you have a valid photo ID at the time of the delivery.
11. If you want to cancel your order click “biletix” logo to go to home page. 12. Select the most convinient delivery method and chech the “I prefer to get my ticket with this delivery type” box at the end of the page. Proceed by clicking “Continue”. 13. Payment Methods page: Credit cards, Worldpoints, BKM Express or Turkcell Wallet is available. You may choose to pay with: a. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners Club credit cards. You will see a table of installment options by bank. Please note that payments in installments are subject to an interest fee which is displayed in the transaction summary. i. Enter the name written on the credit card, card number, expiry date and the CVV2 in the relevant boxes. ii. If you prefer to use Biletix Gift Card click “Pay With Gift Card” and enter your gift card number and the CVV2. b. Worldpoints: Go to the Worldcard Points tab and enter your credit card number, expiry date and the CVV2. If you have enough points for the total payment, use them and get your tickets with your Worldpoints. c. BKM Express: Make your payments fast, secure and without sharing your credit card details. d. Turkcell Wallet: Enter your mobile phone number and make your payments with Turkcell speed and trust. 14.
