• The Promoter of the FORMULA 1 ROLEX TURKISH GRAND PRIX 2021 (“Event”) is Ekim Turizm Tic. San. A.Ş. The purchaser of a ticket (“Ticket Holder”) acknowledges, accepts and agrees that motorsport, the Event and certain activities associated with it (including without limitation, support events) are dangerous and noisy. Despite the organizers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents may happen and you agree to attend at your own risk. The use of this ticket shall constitute by the Ticket Holder, an exoneration in favour of İstanbul Park Eğitim Öğretim Kurumları ve Organizasyon A.Ş. (“Intercity Istanbul Park”), Ekim Turizm Tic. San. A.Ş. (“EKIM”), Formula One World Championship Limited (“FOWC”), Formula One Marketing Limited (“FOML”), persons involved in the organisation of the Event (including officials, marshals, rescue and medical staff), ), the competitors and drivers (such parties to include where relevant all directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and affiliated companies of the above), from any liability for damages and injuries which may arise at the Intercity Istanbul Park circuit (“Circuit”) during the Event and a waiver or any recourse to this purpose to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Turkey (save that nothing in these conditions limits or excludes a) liability for death or personal injury arising out of the negligence of any of the above mentioned parties, or b) any damage incurred by way of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by any of the above mentioned parties).

• Tickets are valid for the Event only and cannot be used for any of EKIM’s or Intercity Istanbul Park’s other events.

• Ticket Holders may go in and out limitlessly for the ticket’s relevant grandstands, general admission areas etc.

• Ticket Holders must scan their tickets when entering and exiting relevant areas such as grandstands.

• During the Event, the noise level may be very loud within the Circuit. Ticket Holders are advised to wear hearing protection during the Event and live concerts (if any) to reduce the risk of hearing damage.

• The safety measures introduced by EKIM or Intercity Istanbul Park are designed to reduce the risks identified in connection with the health restriction, but it is not possible to completely eradicate the risk. It is each Ticket Holder’s sole decision to attend the Circuit acknowledging that they do so at their own risk. Ticket Holders are responsible for their own health and safety and must not solely rely on the measures put in place by EKIM or Intercity Istanbul Park.

• Please keep this ticket safe and in good condition as a duplicate ticket will not be issued if it is lost or stolen and any ticket which is falsified, modified or mutilated is void.

• Intercity Istanbul Park, EKIM or any person authorised by it may, with reasonable cause, refuse entry to or remove any Ticket Holder from the Event including on the grounds of health, safety, security or maintaining good public order.

• Intercity Istanbul Park, EKIM is unable to offer refunds or exchanges in respect of tickets purchased unless the Event is cancelled. Upon exit, the Ticket Holder will not be permitted re-entry from outside the Circuit. Tickets are strictly not for resale. If a ticket is resold or transferred for profit or for commercial gain (including as part of a promotion or prize) by anyone without Intercity Istanbul Park, EKIM’s authority it will become void and the Ticket Holder may be refused entry to or be ejected from the Circuit.

• Intercity Istanbul Park reserves the right to alter your seat allocation without prior notice.

• No animals, food, beverages, weapons, glass bottles and glass containers, bbqs, restricted and illegal substances, fireworks/pyrotechnics, any items which might beambush marketing, smoke canisters, tents and shelters, powered scooters (excluding disability scooters)/hover boards, electric cycles, sun parasols, alcohol and dangerous, offensive and unsuitable items are allowed within the Circuit.

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in any of the Circuit’s grandstands and enclosed areas.

• It is forbidden to bring closed cigarette packs to the Circuit.

• The use of this ticket shall constitute for the Ticket Holder; an undertaking to not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, visual footage or audio-visual footage (“Recording”), or store, record or transmit any information or other data, including official timing, results, performance, telemetry, weather, or race control data (“Data”) of, at, or in relation to the Event, drivers, competitors and cars. It is forbidden to take into the Circuit any equipment (such as telephoto lens) that may enable you to undertake the aforementioned acts. Mobile telephones are permitted within the Circuit unless otherwise advised, provided that any Recording, Data and any image, including photographic images and any still pictures derived or capable of being derived from a Recording (”Image”) of the Event that is recorded, stored and/or created thereon is used for personal, private and non-commercial purposes only.

• As a condition of entry to the Circuit, each Ticket Holder agrees that (a) the use of any such Recording, Data or Image for any form of public advertisement, display, commercial gain or for any other purpose (except for the Ticket Holder’s private enjoyment) without the prior written consent of FOWC, FOML is strictly forbidden and will constitute a breach of these terms and conditions for which the Ticket Holder may be liable; (b) on request by the Promoter, FOWC, or FOML the Ticket Holder shall assign to FOWC, FOML in writing the copyright and all other intellectual property in any Image or Recording that the Ticket Holder creates, makes, stores or records of, at or in relation to the Event; and (c) each Ticket Holder consents to the use by FOWC, FOML (and by any third party authorized by FOWC, FOML from time to time) for the purposes of or in connection with any publication, exhibition or broadcast (including any advertising or promotional literature, campaign or material) in any media , in perpetuity and on a royalty free basis and approved by FOWC, FOML of any still or moving picture images taken at the Event where such image includes any image of the Ticket Holder, your voice or your likeness, and such Ticket Holder waives any and all of his/her personality and privacy rights to the extent necessary to permit such use.

• No person may use the name of the Event or part thereof (nor any abbreviation or foreign language version thereof) nor any logo or graphic device of or relating to the Event for any commercial purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of FOWC, FOML first being obtained exercisable in FOWC, FOML’s discretion.

• EKIM or Intercity Istanbul Park may also implement and operate any health check system which it considers appropriate (such as temperature check, negative PCR test, vaccination status, HES Code) before entry to the Circuit is permitted. This will be done in line with EKIM and Intercity Istanbul Park’s Protection of Personal Data available: https://www.intercitypark.com/gizlilik-politikamiz/kisisel-verilerin-korunmasi

• Tickets will be issued electronically (“E-Tickets”) with a secure barcode bespoke for each ticket. Tickets should only be purchased through EKIM or Intercity Istanbul Park or official ticketing agency. Any attempt to present any other ticket will lead to refusal of admission and possible prosecution. Unauthorized vendors will be prosecuted.

• EKIM or Intercity Istanbul Park will not be liable for any delay in performing its obligations as a result of any act, event, omission or accident beyond the reasonable control of EKIM or Intercity Istanbul Park including without limitation Coronavirus, pandemic, epidemic, outbreak, disease, quarantine, public order disturbance, flood, storm, adverse weather condition, natural event, fire, strike, lock-out or other industrial dispute, nuclear accident, act of God, war, terrorist activity, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, act of government, compliance with any change to law, statutory guidance, non-statutory guidance, rule, regulation and/or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors (other than by companies in the same group as EKIM or Intercity Istanbul Park) and interruption or failure of utility or service.

• The age limit for participation in the organization is 18. Spectators under the age of 18 can attend the event with an adult, accompanied by a letter of consent given by their parents or guardians. Event is free for children aged 6 years and under at the time of the Event (11th October 2015 and further). No additional seat will be given for 0-6 aged children. Ticket Holder’s responsibility to ensure the child’s safety and security.

HES Code and body temperature checks will be held. Anyone with a persistent temperature of 37.5°C will not be allowed inside.

For Turkish citizens;

According to the Republic of Turkey’s Ministry of Interior’s 20.08.2021 dated “PCR test requirement” circular, according to their HES Code result, any individual must meet one of the requirements listed below;

- Completing a Ministry of Health approved vaccination programme 14 days before the event
- Recovering from COVID-19 and completing the isolation process in last 180 days.
- Negative PCR test result not older than 48 hours

In order for the HES code to display the necessary information, induviduals must download the latest version of the HES application to their smartphones and allow sharing the Risk Status, Vaccine Status, Disease Status and Test Status fields in the "HES Code Settings" section.

For Foreigners;

The HES Code obtained by foreigners, when they fill out the entry form (register.health.gov.tr) is valid for the event. As long as the HES CODE scan result is RISKLESS, the person can attend event. They do not need to declare any additional documents such as negative PCR report, vaccination card, or evidence of COVID history.

• All vehicles (and their contents) parked within any car park operated by İstanbul Park Eğitim Öğretim Kurumları ve Organizasyon A.Ş. (“Intercity Istanbul Park”) or Ekim Turizm Tic. San. A.Ş. (“EKIM”) are left at the owners’ sole risk. EKIM or Intercity Istanbul Park shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by owners arising from their use of any EKIM or Intercity Istanbul Park car park (including damage to owners’ vehicles and/or their contents), except where and only to the extent that any such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of EKIM or Intercity Istanbul Park, its employees or authorized agents. EKIM or Intercity Istanbul Park reserve the right to move any vehicle it deems necessary due to logistical, safety or similar reasons.

• No animals are allowed in any car parks or any car within the Circuit.

• Circuit parking tickets are for single entrance and exit per day, and any person who has a circuit parking ticket may enter the Circuit one time each day. Any person cannot enter and go out more than 1 time each day. One circuit parking ticket is for one vehicle.

• Each person who has an official circuit parking ticket, must put whatever (such as sticker, card etc.) Intercity Istanbul Park or Ekim’s personal give it to them and follow their instructions.

• Each person who has an official circuit parking ticket must be over 18 and has a driving license. Everyone must obey the traffic rules and signboards within the Circuit.

• Official circuit parking allows owners to enter the designated EKIM or Intercity Istanbul Park car park to park their vehicles only and not for any other purpose (including, without limitation, to conduct any trade or exhibition, to sell any goods, food or beverage or to camp).

• Owners and passengers alike must at all times act responsibly and with due regard to safety whilst in any Circuit car park (either on foot or whilst driving). EKIM or Intercity Istanbul Park reserves the right to refuse admission and/or eject any person(s) found in breach of these conditions or the conditions of entry to Circuit. EKIM and Intercity Istanbul Park reserve the right to relocate those who have purchased Circuit parking to an alternative Circuit car park location in the event that the designated area is unavailable. EKIM and Intercity Istanbul Park shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused in the event that any Circuit car park is unavailable due to reasons beyond EKIM and Intercity Istanbul Park’s control.

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by Turkish law.
