Event Rules
The age limit for the event is 18. Any individual under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Spectators under the age of 18 can attend the event with an adult, accompanied by a letter of consent given by their parents or guardians.Those aged 0-6 will not need to purchase tickets and will be able to attend the event with their legal guardians. Event is free for children aged 6 years and under at the time of the Event (4th October 2015 and further). No additional seat will be given for 0-6 aged children.
-There is no right of way between Green/Open areas. Tickets are only valid for the area in which they were purchased.
-All COVID-19 measure must be upheld. It will be updated regularly according to the new Covid 19 importance to be received by the Ministry of Health.
Social Distancing
- All event spaces have been designed with regards to social distancing guidelines.
Hygiene
- All event spaces have been equipped with hygiene stations and all public spaces are continuously disinfected.
Masks
- Intercity Istanbul Park requires all individuals to wear masks upon entry into the facility. Mask controls will be undertaken at all entrances and within the premises. Masks must be worn at all times and in all areas.
Temperature Checks
- Temperature checks will be undertaken upon entry into the facility. Individuals with temperatures 37.5 and below will be allowed entry. Individuals with a temperature of 37.5 or above will asked to wait, and a further measurement will be made. Any individual who has a final temperature of 37.5 and above will not be allowed entry into the facility.
-Individuals who display or appear to display symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed entry into the facility.
Outside food and beverages, any weapons&knives, drones, umbrellas, and electronic/manual scooters will not be allowed on the premises.
-Tickets will be scanned at all entry and exit points and at all parking areas. Individuals who are unable to have their tickets scanned at any point will not be allowed entry into the premises.
-Individuals who do not have parking tickets will not be allowed into parking areas.
-The official ticket vendor of this organization is Biletix.
Formula 1 Rolex Turkish GP 2021 Event Entrance Regulations
HES Code and body temperature checks will be held. Anyone with a persistent temperature of 37.5°C will not be allowed inside.
For Turkish citizens;
According to the Republic of Turkey’s Ministry of Interior’s 20.08.2021 dated “PCR test requirement” circular, according to their HES Code result, any individual must meet one of the requirements listed below;
- Completing a Ministry of Health approved vaccination programme 14 days before the event
- Recovering from COVID-19 and completing the isolation process in last 180 days.
- Negative PCR test result not older than 48 hours
In order for the HES code to display the necessary information, induviduals must download the latest version of the HES application to their smartphones and allow sharing the Risk Status, Vaccine Status, Disease Status and Test Status fields in the "HES Code Settings" section.
For Foreigners;
The HES Code obtained by foreigners, when they fill out the entry form (register.health.gov.tr) is valid for the event. As long as the HES CODE scan result is RISKLESS, the person can attend event. They do not need to declare any additional documents such as negative PCR report, vaccination card, or evidence of COVID history.
