Event Rules
- For individuals who are considered not suitable for the activity, the organisation company reserves the right to deny entrance to the area of activity. Such individuals are to be refunded.
- No one may record, videotape, or film any portion of Artis's performance. Ticket holder hereby grants artist management the right to confiscate any audio or visual medium on his/her person while inside the facility.
- Keep your tickets & wristbands on for the duration of the festival.The organization is not responsible for any valuables and their loss.Pets (except guide/seeing eye dogs) are not allowed on the festival grounds.
- Please be adviced to purchase the official merchandise sold at the festival area.Laser pen and/or equipment, flammable items (deodorant, spray, parfume etc), glass materials, sharp or pointed tools, licensed or not fire arms and / or weapons, are strictly forbidden on festival grounds.
- Prolonged exposure to high volume sound levels during the festival can cause temporary hearing loss.Prolonged exposure to the lights used during the festival can cause temporary disturbance to sight.
- Please be adviced to purchase the concert tickets from official ticket sales outlets, any other tickets will be regarded as illegal.
- The ticket is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Reproduction of the ticket is not permitted.
- The ticket cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or destroyed, and is valid only for one entry.
- The organization reserves the right to use photographs and video recordings of the event goers in the promotion materials. Spectators will be waiving their rights off for photographic and video shootings during the concert.
- People who bought this ticket have accepted the One Love 15 festival rules. They have accepted that they will be removed from the festival area without a refund for any violations of the rules.
- At the entrance of the festival, the security officers have the right to call the baggage and baggage of the participants and not to enter the items other than the festival rules.

- There are three different types of tickets. Day ticket will only allow entrance to Parkorman from 12:00 to Midnight. Night ticket will only allow entrance to Volkswagen Arena from 23:30 to curfew. Day & Night ticket will allow access to both venues.
- Early Bird tickets are limited. Prices will change after the Early Bird tickets are sold out.
- The festival will not allow ticket holders without valid IDs to enter the festival grounds.
- Car access to the festival grounds is not permitted.
- No outside food or drinks allowed on festival grounds. There are food and beverage vendors inside the festival area.
- Be prepared for all weather conditions. The festival will be held in any weather condition. No tickets will be refunded due to the weather conditions.
- No cameras or any type of recording devices are allowed into the event area. Selfie & GoPro sticks are not allowed on the festival grounds either.
- Any kind of perfume and deodorant over 50 ml will not be taken into the festival area.Sunbeds, Umbrellas etc. Items that may disturb the comfort of the participants will not be accepted into the festival area.
- Promoter company holds the right to make changes in the program of the festival or the ticket prices.
