Event Rules
- As per legal regulations, all our screenings are restricted to persons over 18 years of age, unless stated otherwise. IDs may be requested from some audiences for age verification.
- Latecomers will not be allowed entry to the theatres after the screenings begin and will not be refunded. In order to avoid any discontent at the entrances, we kindly request our hosts to take the utmost effort to be on time for the screenings.
- We request our student and senior (+65) citizens to have valid IDs with them when coming to the screenings; otherwise they will need to purchase difference tickets.
- Due to increased security at entrance to the halls, please make sure not to carry anything larger than a handbag. Please note that suitcases and large backpacks will not be accepted neither in the venues nor the cloakroom.
- Any visual or audio recording, using handycam, camera, mobile phone or any other type of recording device during the screenings is not allowed. Recording devices will not be admitted into the halls.
- Black, White, Red, and Orange Tulip members can buy a maximum of 2 (two) tickets, while Yellow Tulips are entitled to 1 (one) ticket per screening.
- Maximum 6 tickets can be purchased per screening.
- There will be no intermission during the screenings.
- In case of a technical problem with subtitles, the problem will tried to be resolved at first. If not possible, screenings will continue without subtitles.
- Every effort will be made to keep to the scheduled programme, but it is subject to change.
- Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned except in case of a programme change.
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the halls. Consuming tobacco products including electronic cigarettes is prohibited.
- Tickets will be available, without any service fee, at Biletix website (biletix.com), Biletix call centre (+90 850 755 55 55), Biletix retail outlets, and at box offices of Beyoğlu Atlas and Kadıköy Rexx movie theatres between 10:30-19:00.
