Event Rules
- Workshop sessions (except children’s workshops) are intended for participants aged 18 and over.
- Our programs take place with a minimum of 4 participants.
- Tickets are valid for FATHER + CHILD.
- Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Before the workshop begins, ticket and participant name/ticket/age checks are carried out.
- A personalized digital “Eataly Workshop Participation Certificate” is provided in all workshops.
- Eataly reserves the right to cancel the event by refunding the participation fee if deemed necessary.
- Eataly reserves the right to make changes to the content and date of events if necessary.
- To help prevent food waste, you may bring your own storage containers to take home any extra food prepared during the workshop and share it with your loved ones.
- Workshops held at Eataly do not fall under “professional training.” They are designed for hobby and entertainment purposes; depending on the type of event, some theoretical information may be provided by the workshop chef.
