Event Rules
- Doors Open: 6:00 PM
- All events organized by Akbank - Axess to celebrate its 25th anniversary are subject to specific rules.All participants in the events are deemed to have agreed to comply with all rules established by Akbank T.A.Ş. and the Organizer and to accept any penalties that may arise.
- Only Axess cardholders with individual or commercial credit cards featuring Axess Mastercard, Troy, or Visa, as well as supplementary or virtual cards linked to these cards, are eligible for this promotion. Akbank Card, individual and commercial Wings and Free cards, and Bank’O Card Axess are not included in the promotion.
- Tickets may only be purchased with Axess cards included in the campaign.
- Under the terms of the campaign, each person is entitled to purchase a maximum of 2 tickets. Tickets are limited in number.Purchases exceeding the specified limit will be canceled.
- Participants must be present at the event venue entrance with their digital ticket by the time the doors open.
- Children under 6 years of age are not admitted to the concert. All participants aged 6 and older must have a ticket.
- Akbank T.A.Ş. and the Organizer reserve the right to use photographs and videos of event attendees in promotional materials; by participating in the event, attendees consent to the use of such materials.
- Akbank T.A.Ş. and the Organizer reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove from the event venue any person whose behavior disturbs or is likely to disturb other guests.
- Akbank T.A.Ş. and the Organizer reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule and content.
- You must not leave your personal belongings unattended within the event venue. Participants are solely responsible for all personal belongings.
- The sound systems in the event venue may cause temporary hearing problems.
- The lighting systems in the event venue may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- Event capacity is limited to the specified quota. Once the quota is filled, the event will not be reopened for ticket sales.
- All participants must enter the venue before the event start time. Entry to the concert area will not be permitted once the event has begun.
- Firearms, flammable, explosive, or pyrotechnic materials (*deodorant, *spray, *perfume, etc.), or any sharp, piercing, or bludgeoning objects—including items that, even if not intended for attack or defense, are physically capable of being used for such purposes (helmets, camping chairs, selfie sticks, tripods, belt chains, etc.)—as well as laser pointers.
- Bringing any type of pet (except service dogs) into the event area is not permitted due to participant sensitivities.
- Food and beverages are not permitted inside the event venue.
- Bringing cameras and cameras into the event venue is prohibited. Recording video or audio with cameras, cameras, cell phones, or any other recording devices is prohibited.
- Event tickets can only be purchased through the Biletix website and mobile app. Tickets obtained through other platforms or third parties are invalid. Akbank T.A.Ş., the Organizer, and Biletix are not responsible if entry to the venue is denied with such tickets.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
- Akbank T.A.Ş. reserves the right to terminate or modify this promotion.
