Event Rules
- Doors open at 7:00 PM
- Concert starts at 9:00 PM
- Attendees under 14 years of age may only enter the venue accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- All attendees must have a ticket.
- Attendees under 7 years of age are not permitted in the venue.
- Food and beverages are not permitted in the venue.
- Pets are not permitted in the venue.
- Medications are not permitted in the venue.
- Event tickets must be purchased exclusively from official sales points designated by the event organizer. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the event venue to individuals holding tickets not purchased from official sales points. - The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
- The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the event venue to individuals they deem inappropriate, subject to a refund of the ticket price.
- For access to the Event venue for participants with disabilities, please contact Volkswagen Arena (+90 212 354 22 33).
- The sound systems at the Event venue may cause temporary hearing issues.
- The lighting systems at the Event venue may cause temporary eye discomfort. - All participants must keep their tickets with them at all times during the Event.
- Participants who exit the event venue after entering will be required to purchase a new ticket. - Do not leave your personal belongings unattended within the event venue. Participants are solely responsible for all their personal belongings.
- It is prohibited to bring any flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), combustible, or sharp or piercing objects, as well as laser pointers, into the event area.
- Recording is strictly prohibited during the event. Professional audio and video equipment (such as video cameras and cameras), selfie sticks, GoPro mounts, and similar materials will not be permitted in the event area.
- The venue and organizer retain the right to use photographs and videos taken of event participants in promotional materials; by participating in the event, attendees consent to the use of such materials.
