-To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants, compliance with all rules and conditions is mandatory. By purchasing a ticket, participants are deemed to have accepted all rules and conditions.
-Entry without a female companion is not permitted.
-A dress code is mandatory for the Main Stage event taking place on the evening of 22 August 2026.
-Male participants: Elegant Casual attire is mandatory.
-Female participants: A black or white dress is mandatory.
-In accordance with the regulations of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), participants who are under the influence of alcohol or are deemed to be under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to join the Global Sunrise Show balloon flight. Breathalyzer tests may be conducted before the flight. If alcohol is detected, safety instructions are not followed, or the responsible pilot or operations team determines that a participant poses a risk to flight safety, the participant will not be allowed to board the balloon, and no refund will be issued. As participation in balloon flights while under the influence of alcohol is prohibited, participants are strongly advised not to consume alcohol before the flight on the morning of 22 August.
-Event tickets are offered in limited quantities and are sold according to a phased pricing model. Ticket prices may vary depending on capacity.
-Please keep your ticket and the wristband provided at the entrance throughout the event.
-Event tickets must only be purchased through official sales channels designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove holders of tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers from the event area.
-Participants may re-enter the event area using the wristband provided at the entrance. If the wristband is lost, removed, or damaged, the organizer reserves the right to deny re-entry.
-The event is restricted to participants aged 18 and over. Participants are required to carry a valid government-issued photo ID throughout the event.
-Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued.
-Purchased tickets may not be used for advertising, competitions, raffles, promotions, or any other commercial or non-commercial purposes without the written permission of the organizer. Tickets used for such purposes will be cancelled, and legal action will be initiated.
-The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual deemed unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
-The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
-The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices.
-Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the event area.
-Opened tobacco products are not permitted inside the event area.
-Prescription-free medication is not permitted inside the event area. Participants who require regular medication must present their prescription at the entrance.
-Selfie sticks and GoPro poles are not permitted inside the event area.
-Professional audio and video recording equipment (video cameras and professional cameras) will not be permitted inside the event area.
-Unauthorized professional recording during the event is strictly prohibited.
-Professional photography and videography will take place throughout the event. By entering the event area, participants consent to the use of images and recordings for the organizer's promotional activities.
-Artist management reserves the right, if deemed necessary, to temporarily confiscate audio and visual recording devices during the event.
-Bags and personal belongings will be searched by security personnel upon entry. Compliance with security instructions is mandatory.
-Flammable, explosive, combustible, sharp, or piercing objects, thermoses, motorcycle helmets, and laser pointers are prohibited inside the event area.
-The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
-Pets are not permitted inside the event area.
-The sound and lighting systems used during the event may cause temporary hearing or visual discomfort.
-Participants should exercise caution regarding fog, flame, CO₂, laser effects, and other stage effects used during the event.

General Admission & VIP Admission Tickets
-Valid only for the Main Stage event.

Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party Tickets
-Valid only for the morning experience on 22 August 2026.

-This ticket covers only the morning Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party experience.

-Valid throughout the entire event.
-With this ticket, you may attend:

-The Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party experience taking place between 06:00 – 07:30,
and
-The ARTBAT Main Stage performance taking place on the same day between 21:00 – 01:00.
VIP + Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party Combined Ticket
-Valid throughout the entire event.
-With this ticket, you are entitled to:
-VIP access to the Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party experience taking place between 06:00 – 07:30 on 22 August 2026,
and
-VIP admission to the ARTBAT Main Stage event held on the same day between 21:00 – 01:00, including all VIP privileges.
GLOBAL SUNRISE SHOW AT BALLOON PARTY
-The Global Sunrise Show consists of two separate parts.
-During the first part, ARTBAT performs an exclusive 30-minute Global Sunrise Live Set in front of the Space Rocket at the balloon launch area.
-The second part is the unique flight experience that begins with the simultaneous takeoff of the Space Rocket and approximately 30 hot air balloons.
-In the event that the balloon flight cannot take place due to weather conditions, the Global Sunrise Live Set will proceed as scheduled. However, the balloon flight operation will be postponed until the following day.
-For guests who are unable to attend the rescheduled flight on the following day, 15,000 TL of the amount paid for the Global Sunrise Show at Balloon Party ticket will be refunded.
-Likewise, if the rescheduled flight on the following day is also cancelled due to weather conditions, participants will again receive a 15,000 TL refund.
VIP ADMISSION
-As an additional VIP service, Bistro seating is provided for reservations of up to 4 guests. For groups of more than 4 guests, a private VIP lounge accommodating up to 12 guests is provided. These areas include priority bar and table service.
