Event Rules
FOR STUDENT TICKETS;
Valid for participants aged 16–25
who are currently enrolled as students.
Official ID and student ID will be checked at the entrance.
Participants under the age of 18 may enter the event with their parents.
Participants who do not meet the specified conditions will not be allowed to enter.
Sales will close when capacity is reached.
- Participants under the age of 18 may attend only if accompanied by a parent (Father or maother).
- Keep your ticket with you throughout the event.
- Spectators who leave the event area forfeit their rights to re-enter. They must purchase a new ticket to re-enter the area.
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed unsuitable for the event.
- The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
- The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed in the event area.
- Selfie sticks and GoPro sticks are not allowed in the event area.
- Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras) are not allowed in the event area.
- Recording is not permitted during the event. The audience accepts that visual and audio recording devices may be confiscated if deemed appropriate by the artist's management.
- Flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, cologne, etc.), flammable, cutting, and piercing tools, thermos flasks, motorcycle helmets, and laser pointers are not permitted in the event area.
- All participants must carry their identification with them and present it when requested.
- We would like to remind you that you are responsible for any belongings you bring with you to the event area.
- Security personnel will subject everyone entering the event area to a security search.
- No pets are allowed in the event area. Only guide dogs are permitted.
- Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
- Lighting systems in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone from the event area who has purchased tickets from unauthorized sources.
- Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be replaced. Tickets purchased may not be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes, such as advertising, competitions, sweepstakes, promotions, etc., except for personal use, without written permission. Tickets used for such purposes will be canceled, and legal action will be taken.
- The event organizer reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken by participants in promotional materials. By participating in the event, participants agree to this right.
