Event Rules
- Tickets not used on the specified date and time are invalid, and no refunds or changes can be made regarding the ticket price or service fee. No refund requests can be made for tickets not used on the specified date and time.
- The organizing company reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, provided the ticket price is refunded.
- No cancellations, refunds, or changes are permitted for purchased tickets.
- The organizing company reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
- The organizing company reserves the right to change ticket prices.
- It is prohibited to enter the event venue with professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras).
- Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Please keep your ticket and/or wristband with you throughout the concert.
- We remind you that you are responsible for any personal belongings you bring into the event venue.
- It is prohibited to bring flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, sharp, or piercing objects, as well as laser pointers, into the event venue.
- The sound systems in the event venue may cause temporary hearing issues.
- The stage lighting systems in the event area are harmful to individuals with MS and epilepsy; we strongly urge you to exercise caution.
- The lighting systems in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- Smoke and fog machines may be used in the event area.
- Concert tickets must be purchased only from official sales points designated by the event organizer. The event organizer reserves the right to remove from the concert venue anyone in possession of tickets not purchased from official sales points.
- Attendees who leave the event area must purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
- The event organizer retains the right to use photographs and videos taken by concert attendees in promotional materials; by attending the concert, participants consent to the use of such materials.
- Since barcode/ticket verification will be conducted upon entry, you are required to present your ticket. If your ticket was purchased through a membership, you can access it by logging into your account and going to the “My Tickets” section. If you are unable to access it or did not purchase your ticket through a membership, please contact Biletix Customer Service.
