Event Rules
• Participants under the age of 16 may enter only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• The sale and serving of alcoholic beverages to those under the age of 18 is prohibited.
• Alcoholic beverages will not be served to guests under the age of 18 with VIP Lounge tickets.
• Doors open at 3:00 PM
• The organizing company reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, subject to a refund of the ticket price.
• Bringing camping chairs, lounge chairs, helmets, etc., into the concert area is prohibited; such items will not be permitted inside.
• The organizing company reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
• Ticket prices are subject to seasonal capacity limits, and once the designated capacity is reached, the organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices without prior notice.
• Since food and beverages will be sold within the event area, outside food and beverages will not be permitted inside the event area.
• It is prohibited to enter the event area with selfie sticks and GoPro poles.
• Pets are not permitted at the event.
• It is prohibited to enter the event venue with professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras).
• Recording during the concert is strictly prohibited. The audience acknowledges that visual and audio recording devices may be confiscated if deemed appropriate by the artist’s management.
• Please keep your ticket and/or wristband with you during the concert.
• All attendees must carry valid identification and present it upon request.
• Please be aware that you are responsible for any personal belongings you bring into the event area.
• It is prohibited to bring flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), combustible, or any tools that could be used as cutting or piercing instruments, as well as laser pointers, into the event area.
• Security personnel will subject everyone entering the event area to a security search.
• The sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing issues.
• The lighting systems in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
• Concert tickets must be purchased exclusively from official sales points designated by the event organizer. The event organizer reserves the right to remove ticket holders from the concert venue if their tickets were not purchased from official sales points.
• Spectators who enter the event area and then leave must purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
• Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. No replacement tickets will be issued for lost tickets.
• The event organizer retains the right to use photographs and videos of attendees in promotional materials; by attending the concert, participants consent to the use of such materials.
