Event Rules
1. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
* Visitors under the age of 13 are admitted to the experience area only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
* There are no age restrictions for sessions open to participants of all ages. (Participants under the age of 13 may also attend.)
* Participants under 13 years of age are not permitted in adult sessions.
* All participants under 13 years of age must participate in the event under parental supervision.
2. PARTICIPATION IN SESSIONS AND OBLIGATION TO ARRIVE ON TIME
* Visitors must be present at the event venue at least 30 minutes before the session time indicated on the ticket.
* No refunds will be issued if the session time is missed.
* If a visitor arrives late for the session, the venue may, at its discretion and considering session capacity, grant the visitor the right to participate in another session on the same day.
* This decision is entirely at the venue’s discretion; late-arriving visitors have no right to make any claims.
* The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
3. SAFETY RULES
* Visitors must follow only the designated walking route within the experience area.
* Walking in the opposite direction, straying from the route, or entering the forest floor and protected areas is prohibited.
* Touching, interfering with, or damaging technical equipment, lighting units, cables, and safety barriers is prohibited. Visitors will be held financially and legally liable for any violations.
* Smoking, vaping, and bringing alcoholic beverages or food into the experience area is prohibited.
* Strollers, scooters, bicycles, wheelchairs, and similar vehicles are prohibited from entering the experience area.
* Since the experience area is located in an open forest setting, there are no restrooms or facilities on-site. Participants are advised to attend to their needs before the event begins.
* In an emergency, all instructions and directions from staff must be strictly followed.
* Directional lights and the public address system must be closely monitored.
* Bringing outside food and beverages into the reception and rest area is prohibited.
* Only water is permitted inside the experience area.
* Pets are not allowed in the reception or experience areas.
* Speaking loudly and making physical contact with other visitors are prohibited during the experience.
* The use of flash photography, video recording, and equipment such as tripods is prohibited within the experience area.
4. HEALTH CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMER
* The experience involves loud sounds, bright lights, lasers, and multimedia effects.
* Individuals with health conditions such as epilepsy, heart conditions, asthma, vertigo, etc., must participate in the event while taking their health conditions into consideration.
* By entering the event, participants acknowledge that their health condition is suitable for participation and that they assume full responsibility.
5. FOREST AREA AND LEGAL LIABILITIES
* The reception and experience area is designated as a forest park under the jurisdiction of the General Directorate of Forests.
* All participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in any behavior that may harm the forest land or nature.
* Any action causing damage to the forest area is subject to criminal and administrative penalties under the Forest Law No. 6831 and the Turkish Penal Code.
* Participants declare that they will not stray from the hiking route and will not engage in any activities harmful to nature, and that they accept all criminal, administrative, and legal liabilities that may arise in the event of a violation.
* Filming is being conducted in Istanbul by Les Studios Moment Factory Inc. (LSMF) and Devin Event Management Inc. (DEVİN). By participating in the experience, you consent to the filming. Please note that your image may be used in promotional materials by LSMF, DEVİN, and third-party partners (website, social media, etc.).
