Event Rules
- The event box office will open 2 hours before the event.
- Children under 6 years old are not admitted to the event area. All participants aged 6 and above must have a ticket.
- The organizing company reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, subject to a refund of the ticket price.
- The organizing company reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.
- The organizing company reserves the right to change ticket prices.
- Keep your ticket and/or wristband with you during the event.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed in the event area.
- Selfie sticks and GoPro sticks are not allowed in the event area.
- Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras) are not allowed in the event area.
- Recording is not permitted during the event. The audience accepts that visual and audio recording devices may be confiscated if deemed appropriate by the artist's management.
- Flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, cologne, etc.), flammable, cutting, and piercing tools, thermos flasks, motorcycle helmets, and laser pointers are not permitted in the event area.
- All participants must carry their ID with them and present it when requested.
- We would like to remind you that you are responsible for any items you bring with you to the event area.
- Security personnel will subject everyone entering the event area to a security search.
- No pets are allowed in the event area. Only guide dogs are permitted.
- The lighting arrangements in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the event organizer. The event organizer reserves the right to remove individuals from the event area if their tickets were not purchased from official sales points.
- Spectators who exit the event area forfeit their rights and must purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
- Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be replaced. Tickets purchased may not be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes, such as advertising, competitions, sweepstakes, promotions, etc., except for personal use, without written permission. Tickets used for such purposes will be canceled, and legal action will be taken.
- The event organizer reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken of event participants in promotional materials. By participating in the event, participants agree to this right.
