Event Rules
- The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to any person deemed unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
- In order to maintain an equal balance between the number of female and male attendees at the venue, the organizer reserves the right to refuse admission, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
- Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
- The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
- The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices.
- Professional audio and video recording equipment, including video cameras and professional cameras, is not permitted inside the event venue.
- Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Please keep your ticket and/or wristband with you throughout the concert.
- Please note that you are responsible for your personal belongings while at the event venue.
- Flammable or explosive substances (including deodorants, sprays, perfumes, etc.), as well as any items that may be used as cutting or piercing instruments and laser pointers, are prohibited inside the event venue.
- The sound systems used at the event may cause temporary hearing problems.
- The stage lighting used at the event may pose a risk to individuals with MS or epilepsy. Attendees with these conditions are strongly advised to exercise caution.
- The lighting systems used at the event may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- Smoke and fog machines may be used at the event.
- Concert tickets must only be purchased from official sales channels designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove from the concert venue anyone holding a ticket purchased from an unauthorized sales channel.
- Attendees who leave the event venue after entering will be required to purchase a new ticket in order to re-enter.
- The organizer reserves the right to use photographs and video recordings of attendees for promotional purposes. By attending the concert, attendees consent to such use.
- As barcode/ticket checks will be carried out upon entry, you must present your ticket. If your ticket was purchased through a registered account, please log in to your account and access your ticket via the “My Tickets” section. If you are unable to access your ticket, or if the ticket was purchased without a registered account, please contact Biletix Customer Service.
