Event Rules
- The event is open to children ages 7–12.
- The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed inappropriate or likely to disturb other guests, subject to a refund of the ticket price.
- Guests must adhere to the designated seating arrangement. Guests are required to remain in their assigned seats throughout the event.
- We strongly request that you arrive at the event entrance with your ticket at least 30 minutes before the event start time.
- You must present your ticket upon entry, as barcode/ticket verification will be conducted. If your ticket was purchased through a membership, please log in to your account and access your ticket via the “My Tickets” section. If you are unable to access your ticket or did not purchase it through a membership, please contact Biletix Customer Service.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the event venue and time.
- Bringing food and beverages into the event venue is prohibited.
