Event Rules
⁃ Event door opening time is 12.00.
⁃ The festival has an age limit of 18. Participants under 18 years of age must come with their parents.
⁃ Everyone who will enter the festival area is subject to a ticket with no upper and lower age limit. The organizer is not responsible for lost tickets.
⁃ Ticket holders who do not have their ID / Driver's License / Passport with them will not be admitted to the event area.
⁃ Our small pet friends who will participate; safety precautions such as leashes, muzzles and all responsibilities belong to their companions during the time they are in the festival area. Prohibited breeds and large dogs will not be allowed in the festival area.
⁃ The use and possession of illegal substances is strongly disapproved. Anyone found to be using or possessing illegal substances will be expelled from the festival area and blacklisted.
⁃ Bag and body checks will be carried out at the entrance to the festival area.
⁃ Since food and beverages will be sold in the festival area, food and beverages cannot be brought from outside.
⁃ Flammable and/or explosive liquids or gaseous substances, pepper spray and cutting and/or injurious tools will not be allowed in the festival area.
⁃ Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras) and selfie sticks are not allowed in the festival area.
⁃ A ticket, together with the wristband to be worn at the ticket cut, entitles the holder to enter the festival area between the hours determined by the organizer. Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband from the wrist in any way will result in the loss of the right of entry. The organizer is not responsible for the loss of the ticket and/or wristband.
⁃ If you exit after entering the area, you cannot enter with the same wristband again.
⁃ The festival has a high sound level.
⁃ The festival contains visual effects that may disturb epilepsy patients sensitive to light.
⁃ There are no ticket refunds in the festival area.
⁃ The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions for discounted / campaign ticket purchases.
⁃ The organizer reserves the right to make changes in the event area, event program and time.
⁃ The persons responsible for the security of the event and the organizer have the right not to allow people who are not deemed suitable for the event to enter the event venue by refunding the ticket fee.
⁃ The right to use the video footage of the participants in the event on online broadcasting platforms belongs to the organizer company and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
