Event Rules
- Door Opening Time 19:00 / Concert : 21:00
- There is no cancellation, refund and change for purchased tickets.
- The box office will open 2 hours before the event.
- Under 6 years old are not allowed in the event area. Participants aged 6 and over 6 are subject to a ticket.
- The organiser company has the right not to admit people who are not suitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
- The organising company reserves the right to make any changes in the programme due to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.
- The organising company reserves the right to change the ticket prices.
- Please keep your ticket and/or wristband during the event.
- Food and beverages are not allowed in the event area.
- Selfie sticks and GoPro sticks are not allowed in the event area.
- Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras) are not allowed in the event area.
- No recording will be allowed during the event. The audience agrees that audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated if the artist management deems appropriate.
- No flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, cologne, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing tools, thermos, motorcycle helmet and laser pointer are allowed to enter the event area.
- All participants are required to keep their ID cards with them and present them when requested.
- We would like to remind you that you are responsible for your belongings in the event area.
- Security personnel will subject everyone entering the event area to a security search.
- Pets will not be allowed in the event area. Only guide dogs are allowed.
- Event tickets must only be purchased from the official sales points designated by the organiser. The organiser has the right to remove the owners of the tickets not purchased from the official sales points from the event area.
- Spectators who enter the event area lose their rights if they exit the area, they must purchase a new ticket in order to re-enter the area.
- Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. New tickets will not be printed for lost tickets. Unless written permission is obtained, the purchased ticket cannot be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes other than personal use such as advertisements, competitions, sweepstakes, promotions, etc. Tickets used for this purpose will be cancelled and legal action will be taken.
- The right to use the photographs and videos of the participants in the event in promotional materials belongs to the event organisation and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
-Care should be taken not to shoot with unprofessional devices that will disturb the participants and artists and violate the privacy of private life.
