- The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to individuals deemed unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket price is refunded.
- To maintain a balanced gender ratio, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry by refunding the ticket price.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

- The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices at any time.
- Entry into the venue with professional audio or video recording equipment (including video cameras and professional photo cameras) is strictly prohibited.
- Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Please keep your ticket and/or wristband with you for the entire duration of the event.
- Please note that attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings within the event area.
- It is strictly forbidden to enter the venue with flammable, explosive (such as deodorants, sprays, perfumes), sharp or piercing objects, or laser pointers.
- Sound systems used in the venue may cause temporary hearing issues.
- Stage lighting systems may be harmful to individuals with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) or epilepsy. Attendees with such conditions are strongly advised to exercise caution.
- Lighting systems may cause temporary visual discomfort.
- Smoke and fog machines may be used during the event.
- Concert tickets must be purchased only from the official sales channels designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove ticket holders from the venue if the tickets were not purchased through official channels.
- If attendees exit the venue after entering, re-entry will require the purchase of a new ticket.
- By attending the concert, participants consent to the use of photographs and video recordings taken during the event in promotional materials by the organizer.
- Ticket and barcode checks will be conducted at the entrance. You must present your ticket. If your ticket was purchased through a membership account, log in to your account and access your ticket through the “My Tickets” section.
