- The grandstand entrance gate information displayed when selecting a ticket on the map includes all the grandstand entrance gate information in the event area. The gate information to be used to enter the area may vary. We kindly ask you to take into consideration the directions of the venue and organization officials on the day of the event.
- Door opening time: 14.00
- Concert start time: 15.30
- Entry to the concert hall is only subject to guests who have purchased tickets.
- Audiences arriving after the event has started will be subject to the 'late-arriving audience procedure' and will only be admitted to the hall at times deemed appropriate by the production team. In order not to disturb the event and other participants, audiences' entrances to the hall during the show will be arranged in a way that will cause the least possible disruption.
- Audiences leaving the hall for any reason after the event has started will be considered 'late-arriving audience' and will be subject to the 'late-arriving audience procedure'.
- The event is suitable for participants over the age of 6.
- Guests aged 14 and under will not be admitted to the hall without a parent (mother or father).
- For disabled Participants' access to the event area, please contact Volkswagen Arena (+902123776700).
- Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
- Light systems in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- All participants must have their tickets with them during the event.
- Participants who enter the event area will need to purchase new tickets if they exit the area.
- Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points determined by the organizer. The organizer has the right not to allow owners of tickets not purchased from official sales points into the event area.
- The organizer has the right not to allow anyone they deem appropriate into the event area, provided that the event ticket fee is refunded.
- No food is allowed in the concert hall.
- No pets, except for guide dogs, are allowed into the concert area.
- No medication is allowed into the event area.
- You must not leave your personal belongings with you in the event area. The participant is responsible for all personal belongings.
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with any flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing tools and laser pointers.
- Recording is strictly prohibited during the event. Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras, photo cameras, etc.), Selfie Sticks, GoPro sticks, etc. will not be allowed into the event area.
- The venue and organizer have the right to use the photos and videos of the participants in the promotional materials, and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
