Event Rules
Tickets purchased in the Front Stage Box, Bistro and Skybox categories must be converted into and confirmed as reservations after purchase. After buying your ticket in the relevant category from official ticket platforms, you must contact us via phone or WhatsApp at +90 (532) 069 02 47 to complete and confirm your reservation.

• Doors open: 19:00
• Event starts: 21:00
• Only guests with valid tickets will be allowed into the venue Age limit: All areas are accessible to guests aged 12 and over. Guests aged 12-17 may only attend the event accompanied by their parents.Wristbands will be provided at the entrance, and guests will be directed to areas according to their ticket category and age group. • Complimentary Service: All categories include special food and beverage service throughout the event.
• Age Limit: All areas are accessible to guests aged 12 and over. Guests aged 12-17 may only attend the event accompanied by their parents.
• Special Celebrations: Birthdays and other celebrations must be notified in advance.
• Gender Balance: The number of male guests must not exceed the number of female guests. Female-dominated groups are allowed. Reservations that do not meet this requirement will be considered invalid at the entrance.
Capacity Information:
• Front Stage Box: 6 or 8 guests
• Bistros: 4 or 6 guests (bar stool seating)
• Skybox: 12 or 16 guests
Guests seated in the tribune section (non-lounge) may purchase beverages from the venue sales points during the event.

Guests arriving after the performance has started will be admitted only during suitable breaks determined by the production team. To avoid disturbing the performance and other guests, latecomers will be admitted in the least disruptive way possible.
Guests leaving the hall during the performance will be treated as latecomers upon re-entry.
Any interference with the artist or stage is strictly prohibited.
Disruptive behaviour such as fighting or loud talking is not permitted. Security and management reserve the right to remove guests from the venue.
The organiser reserves the right to change table numbers and seating arrangements to ensure guest comfort, safety, and order.
Sound systems in the venue may cause temporary hearing discomfort.
Lighting effects in the venue may cause temporary visual discomfort.
All attendees must keep their tickets with them at all times during the event.
Guests leaving the venue must purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets must be purchased from official sales points authorised by the organiser.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone holding a ticket purchased from an unauthorised source.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, refunding the ticket price.
Open cigarette packs and tobacco products are not allowed inside the venue.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Guests violating this rule will be removed without a ticket refund.
Outside food is not allowed in the venue.
Pets are not allowed in the concert area.
Medicines are not allowed in the venue.
Personal belongings should not be left unattended; the organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage.
Firearms, flammable, explosive, sharp, or dangerous items (including deodorants, sprays, perfumes, etc.) and laser pointers are strictly prohibited.
Professional audio/video recording is strictly prohibited. Professional cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, GoPro poles, and similar equipment are not allowed.
By attending the event, guests grant the organiser and venue the right to use any photos or video recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme and ticket prices.
