Event Rules
- Doors open at 20:00
- Event start time: 21:00
- Entrance to the concert hall is only subject to guests who have purchased tickets.
- Audiences arriving after the event has started will be subject to the 'late audience procedure' and will only be allowed into the hall at times deemed appropriate by the production team. In order not to disturb the event and other participants, audiences' entrance to the hall during the show will be arranged in a way that will cause the least possible disruption.
- Audiences leaving the hall for any reason after the event has started will be considered 'late audience' and will be subject to the 'late audience procedure'.
-There is an age limit of 12. Spectators under the age of 12 cannot attend the event.
- The sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
- The lighting systems in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- All participants must have their tickets with them during the event.
- Participants who enter the event area will be required to purchase new tickets if they exit the area.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable.- Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points determined by the organizer. The organizer has the right not to allow the owners of tickets not purchased from official sales points into the Event area.
- The organizer has the right not to allow anyone they deem unsuitable into the Event area, provided that the Event ticket fee is refunded.
- No food is allowed in the hall.
- No pets are allowed into the Event area, except for guide dogs.
- No medicine is allowed into the Event area.- You must not leave your personal belongings with you in the Event area. The Participant is responsible for all personal belongings.
-It is forbidden to enter the Event area with any flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing tools and laser pointers.
- Recording is strictly prohibited during the Event. Professional audio and visual equipment (video cameras and photo cameras, etc.), Selfie Sticks and GoPro sticks, etc. will not be allowed into the Event area.
- The venue and organizer have the right to use the photos and videos of the participants in the promotional materials, and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the Event.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
