Event Rules
- Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded or changed.
- Children under the age of 6 are not allowed into the event area. Participants of all ages, ages 6 and over, are subject to a ticket.
- The organizer company reserves the right not to allow anyone it deems unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
- The organization company reserves the right to make any changes to the program due to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.
- The organization company has the right to change ticket prices.
- Keep your ticket and/or wristband during the event.
- Food and beverages from outside are not allowed into the event area.
- Selfie Sticks and GoPro sticks are not allowed into the event area.
- Professional audio and visual equipment (video cameras and cameras) are not allowed into the event area.
- Recording will not be allowed during the event. The audience accepts that audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated if the artist management deems it appropriate.- No flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, cologne, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing tools, thermoses, motorcycle helmets and laser pointers are allowed in the event area.- All participants are required to have their IDs with them and present them when requested.- We would like to remind you that you are responsible for the items you have with you in the event area.- Security personnel will subject everyone entering the event area to a security search.- Pets will not be allowed to enter the event area. Only guide dogs are allowed.- Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points determined by the organizer. The organizer has the right to remove the owners of tickets not purchased from official sales points from the event area.- If spectators who enter the event area exit the area, they lose their rights and must purchase new tickets in order to re-enter the area.- Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. New tickets will not be printed for lost tickets. Purchased tickets cannot be used for advertising, competitions, draws, promotions, etc. unless written permission is obtained. It cannot be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes other than personal use. Tickets used for this purpose will be canceled and legal action will be taken.- The event organization has the right to use photos and videos of people participating in the event in promotional materials, and by participating in the event, the participant accepts the use of this right.- Care should be taken not to shoot with unprofessional devices that will disturb participants and artists and violate privacy.
