Event Rules
- The tribune entrance gate information displayed while selecting tickets on the map includes all tribune entrance gate information in the event area. Gate information to be used at the entrance to the venue may vary. We kindly ask you to consider the directions of the venue and organisation staff on the day of the event.
- 1st session door opening time: 11.00 event start time: 13.00
- 2nd session door opening time: 18.30 event start time: 19.30
- Audiences under 13 years of age are not allowed in the event area. Participants aged 13 and over 13 are subject to a ticket.
- Audiences arriving after the event starts will be subject to the ‘late arriving audience procedure’ and will be admitted to the hall only at the time intervals deemed appropriate by the production team. In order not to disturb the event and other participants, the entrance of the audience to the hall during the show will be organised in such a way as to cause the least possible disturbance. Spectators arriving after a certain part of the show will be admitted to the hall from the second half.
- Spectators who leave the hall for any reason after the event has started will be considered as ‘late arrivals’ and will be subject to the ‘late arrivals procedure’.
- Please contact Volkswagen Arena (+902123776700) for disabled access to the event area.
- We kindly ask our disabled spectators who have purchased tickets to the event to contact the company they purchased their tickets from.
- Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
- The light schemes in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- All participants must have their tickets with them during the event.
- Participants who enter the event area will need to purchase a new ticket if they exit the event area.
- Event tickets should only be purchased from the official sales points determined by the organiser. The organiser has the right not to admit the owners of the tickets not purchased from the official sales points to the Event area.
- The organisation owner has the right not to admit the person they do not deem appropriate to the event area, provided that the event ticket price is refunded.
- Food is not allowed in the hall.
- Pets are not allowed in the concert area except for guide dogs.
- No medication is allowed in the event area.
- You must keep your personal belongings with you in the event area. All personal belongings are the responsibility of the participant.
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with flammable, explosive (deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing tools, firearms and laser pointers.
- Recording is strictly prohibited during the event. Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras, cameras, etc.), selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, etc. will not be allowed in the event area.
- The right to use the photographs and video footage of the participants in the event in promotional materials belongs to the venue and the organiser and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
- The organiser reserves the right to change the programme and ticket prices.
