Event Rules
- Guests are required to be seated no later than 19:15. No late admissions will be allowed once the concert has begun. In the event of late arrival, entry to the hall will not be permitted as a strict rule out of respect for the orchestra and other audience members.
- To complement the enchanting atmosphere of the Golden Hall, a formal dress code (Formal / Black Tie) is mandatory. Guests arriving in casual attire—such as jeans, sneakers, or T-shirts—may be refused entry.
- For male guests: a tuxedo or a dark suit is recommended. For female guests: a long evening gown or an elegant cocktail dress is appropriate.
- Your concert tickets have been issued in physical (printed) form by Antonina Tourism and will be hand-delivered to you in Vienna.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled.
- To preserve the absolute silence required for the concert atmosphere, only guests aged 10 and above are admitted to the event.
- Complete silence is expected throughout the performance.
- To enhance your experience of this musical spectacle, a Pre-Event Information Seminar will be offered. During the seminar, you will have the opportunity to learn about the history of the Vienna Philharmonic and listen to excerpts from the pieces to be performed. This will allow you to enjoy the event with deeper understanding and appreciation. The seminar is paid, and details regarding the time and venue can be obtained from your agency representative.
