- The organising company has the right to refuse entry to the venue of the event to any person it deems unsuitable who disturbs/will disturb other guests, provided that the ticket price for the event is refunded.
- Guests are obliged to comply with the specified seating arrangement. It is required to sit in the designated seats during the event.
- We kindly request you to be ready to be at the door of the event with your ticket at least 30 minutes before the event start time.
- It is mandatory to present your ticket as barcode / ticket control will be performed at the entrance. First of all, if your ticket is purchased with membership, you can access your ticket from the My Tickets area by logging in. If you cannot access your ticket, please contact Biletix Customer Services if you did not purchase your ticket with membership.
- The organiser reserves the right to make changes in the conditions of discounted ticket purchase.
- The organiser reserves the right to change the venue and time of the event.
- It is forbidden to take food and drinks into the event area.
- No spectators will be allowed in the hall after the event starts.
- There is no cancellation, refund and change in the purchased tickets.
- It is forbidden to bring cameras and cameras into the event venue.
