- The discount for İş Bank credit cards is only valid for ticket purchases made via mobile application and website.
-Door opening time is 17.00.
- Everyone who will enter the concert area is subject to a ticket with no upper and lower age limit, those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents.
- Event tickets should only be purchased from the official sales points determined by the organiser. The organiser has the right not to admit the holders of the tickets not purchased from the official sales points to the event area. 
- Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
- Light schemes in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort. 
- All participants are required to keep their tickets with them during the event.
- Participants who enter the event area will be required to purchase new tickets if they exit the area.  
- Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. New tickets will not be prepared for lost tickets.
- The owner of the organisation has the right not to admit the people he deems unsuitable to the event area provided that the ticket price is refunded.
- Ticket limit is limited to 4 tickets per person
- Food and beverages are not allowed in the event area.
- Pets are not allowed in the event area. 
- Medicines are not allowed in the event area.
- You should keep your personal belongings with you in the event area. All personal belongings are the responsibility of the participant. 
- Recording is strictly prohibited during the event. Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras, cameras, etc.), selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, etc. will not be allowed in the event area.
- The right to use the photographs and video footage of the participants in the event in promotional materials belongs to the venue and the organiser and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
- The organiser reserves the right to change the programme and ticket prices.
- The organiser reserves the right to change the venue and time of the event. 
- In stadium events, guests may experience loss of vision due to unforeseen and/or unpredictable technical installations.
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with firearms, flammable, explosive, flammable (such as *deodorant, *spray, *perfume, etc.), cutting, piercing, bruising, all kinds of tools that are actually suitable for use in attack and defence (*helmet, *camping chair, *selfie stick, *tripod, *pants chain, etc.) and laser pointer.
- The concert will take place in all weather conditions. We recommend to be prepared for all weather conditions. Tickets will not be refunded.
- We recommend you to buy merchandise that will be sold only at authorised sales points in the concert area.
- Biletix and the organiser are not responsible for the inability of the audience who arrive after the event starts to sit in the seats they have purchased. Organiser and Biletix do not guarantee seats for late arrivals. For this reason, we kindly request you to come to the event before the concert time.
- We recommend that spectators with in-field tickets do not use high heels against possible problems caused by the ground.
