Event Rules
- There is an 18 age limit.
- The specified time is the door opening time.
- After 02.00, after continues in the Galia Room.
- All participants are required to keep their IDs with them and present them when requested.
- Purchased tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged.
- The organiser and venue authorities have the right not to admit the people they do not deem appropriate to the event venue and backstage area, provided that the ticket price is refunded. The balance in the number of men and women, clothing and suitability are taken into consideration. Entrance to the venue may not be possible for any of these reasons. Fee refund notifications are made on the first working day.
- Food and beverages will not be taken into the event area from outside.
- Without written permission, it is forbidden to bring professional video recording devices into the venue and to shoot.
- The participant allows his/her own image to be recorded within the general image, recording and live broadcasting works carried out at the event and accepts that the relevant organiser has the authority to use these recordings freely.
- Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
- Light installations in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- Each individual participating in the event is deemed to have read and understood all the articles in the special rules and to have agreed to comply with all the rules set by the organisation, otherwise he/she agrees to be removed from the venue.
