Event Rules
- The organizing company reserves the right to deny entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
- The organizing company reserves the right to deny entry to maintain gender balance in the venue, provided that the ticket fee is refunded.
- Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
- The organizing company reserves the right to make changes to the event program due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
- The organizing company reserves the right to modify ticket prices.
- It is prohibited to enter the event venue with professional audio and video equipment (e.g., video cameras or professional cameras).
- Concert tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Please retain your ticket and/or wristband throughout the concert.
- We would like to remind you that you are responsible for your belongings in the event area.
- It is prohibited to bring flammable, explosive items (e.g., deodorants, sprays, perfumes, etc.), sharp and piercing objects, or laser pointers into the venue.
- The sound systems in the event venue may cause temporary hearing problems.
- The stage lighting arrangements in the event venue may be harmful to individuals with MS and epilepsy; we kindly urge caution.
- The lighting systems in the event venue may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- Smoke and fog machines may be used in the event venue.
- Concert tickets must only be purchased from official sales points designated by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove individuals with tickets not purchased from official sales points from the concert area.
- If attendees leave the event venue, they will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
- The organizing company reserves the right to use photos and videos taken of attendees for promotional purposes. By attending the concert, participants consent to this use.
- It is mandatory to present your ticket during barcode scanning/checks at the entrance. If your ticket was purchased through a membership, you must log in to your membership account to access your tickets under the "My Tickets" section. If you cannot access your ticket, and it was not purchased through a membership, please contact Biletix Customer Service.
