If your ticket was purchased through a membership, you can access it from the "My Tickets" -section after logging in. If you encounter issues or did not purchase your ticket through a membership, please contact Biletix Customer Service.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.

- Bringing food and beverages into the event venue is prohibited.
- No additional audience will be admitted once the event has started.
- Purchased tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
