What A Fest 2025 - Kombine

- Combined or Camping + Combined tickets allow entry to all concerts and events on August 20-21-22-23-24 (during the festival).
- Participants under the age of 18 will not be allowed to enter the festival area even if they are with their parents. (No entry will be allowed without ID).
- No food and beverages brought from outside will be allowed into the festival area.
- Participants who buy 1+1 and double camping + combined tickets will not be able to enter the area with separate tents. Participants who buy 1+1 and double camping + combined tickets will be able to stay in a single tent.
- Festival ticket holders accept all kinds of security measures including body and bag searches to be determined by the organizer and security team. are deemed to have accepted. Participants who do not comply with these precautions will be denied entry to the venue and will not be refunded their tickets. All participants must have their ID cards with them. In order to verify the age of the participants, the organizer will require presentation of ID.
- Participants who come to the area with their festival tickets or who purchase tickets from the ticket sales point in the area will be given a wristband according to the class of the ticket they have purchased. This wristband allows the participant to enter and exit the festival area. Broken and removed wristbands cannot be reattached and the participant cannot enter the area without a wristband. The organizer does not accept any responsibility for the validity of tickets purchased from 3rd parties.
- Only camping + season ticket holders can bring camping chairs to use in the camping area. No camping chairs will be allowed in the concert area.
- Combined and day ticket holders must leave the area after the end of the after performances. 
- Only guests with camping+combined tickets can enter the camping area.
- The longest side of your tent must be 300 cm.
- Unopened tobacco products with banderoles are allowed inside.
- Guests on different dietary diets are not recommended to use the camping area as food and beverages are not allowed from outside.
- Discounted tickets are limited in number.
- Your ticket will be sent to you by e-mail and sms. No reservation is required. - Audio and video recording devices (except cell phones), food and beverages, glass and plastic bottles, cans, camping stoves, fireworks, flammable and combustible objects (aerosol substances), weapons or sharp objects are not allowed in the festival area.
- We recommend that you do not bring valuables with you.
- It is forbidden to light a fire in the festival area.
- Professional recording is prohibited during the festival.
- Video and audio recordings will be made by the press and the organizer during the festival. Everyone who has purchased a ticket and is in the festival area is deemed to have agreed to be recorded. Ticketed participants of the festival cannot quote from the video and audio recordings of the festival concerts.
- Audio-visual recordings containing the images of these concerts and artists cannot be recorded; they cannot be reproduced, published and distributed to the public by recording on sound and image carriers, phonograms.
- The organizer and festival security cannot be held responsible for any negative situations (food poisoning, injuries, judicial and police 
cases, etc.) that participants may experience outside the festival area.
- Vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, trailers, caravans, etc. are not allowed in the camping area. It is recommended to leave the vehicles at suitable points outside the festival area and to provide pedestrian transportation to the festival area.
- Festival organizers and staff are not responsible for stolen or lost items.
- Any commercial activity is prohibited in the camping area except with the approval of the organizer. Accommodation outside the camping area is strictly prohibited.
- The use of the sea is suitable for daytime and it will not be possible to swim at night.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the festival program.
- Loss or theft of the festival ticket is the responsibility of the buyer. It is not possible to replace or refund the stolen or lost ticket.
- Festival tickets cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the permission of the organizer.
- Camping + Combined ticket holders will be accommodated in the camping area by the camping staff. After your tent is set up, it will be useful to memorize its location.
- During the entrance to the festival, all medicines will be received with a report and delivered to the health tent, where they will be taken if needed.
- Any medical interventions that our participants may need during the festival will be carried out by the staff on site.
- The organizer has the right not to admit people to the event venue provided that the ticket price for the event is refunded.
- Festival tickets should only be purchased from the official sales points determined by the organizer. Organization owner official 
The festival has the right to remove the owners of the tickets not purchased from the sales points from the concert venue.
- Guests are deemed to have undertaken that they are responsible for the pet they bring with them when entering the area and that they will comply with the festival rules.
- Guests must show the veterinary examination and vaccination card of the pet brought to the festival area. The organizer has the right to 
refuse entry to pets exhibiting aggressive behavior at the entrance.
- Sound bombs over 30 cm in height, etc. will not be allowed in the area.
