Event Rules
- Keep your ticket during the event.
- Spectators who enter the event area lose their rights if they exit the area and must purchase a new ticket in order to re-enter the area.
- Under 6 years old are not allowed to the concert. Participants over 6 years of age are subject to a ticket.
- The organiser company has the right not to allow people who are not suitable for the event.
- The organising company reserves the right to make any changes in the programme due to unforeseen and unavoidable reasons.
- The organising company reserves the right to change ticket prices.
- Food and beverages are not allowed in the event area.
- Selfie Stick and GoPro sticks are not allowed in the event area.
- Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras) are not allowed in the event area.
- No recording will be allowed during the event. The audience agrees that audiovisual recording devices may be confiscated if the artist management deems appropriate.
- No flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, cologne, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing tools, thermos, motorcycle helmet and laser pointer are allowed to enter the event area.
- All participants are required to keep their ID cards with them and present them when requested.
- We would like to remind you that you are responsible for your belongings in the event area.
- Security personnel will subject everyone entering the event area to a security search.
- Pets will not be allowed in the event area. Only guide dogs are allowed.
- Sound patterns in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
- Light schemes in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- Event tickets should only be purchased from the official sales points designated by the organiser. The organiser has the right to remove the owners of the tickets not purchased from the official sales points from the event venue.
- Event tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. New tickets will not be printed for lost tickets. Unless written permission is obtained, the purchased ticket cannot be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes except for personal use such as advertisements, competitions, raffles, promotions, etc. Tickets used for this purpose will be cancelled and legal action will be taken.
- The right to use the photographs and videos of the participants in the event in promotional materials belongs to the event organisation and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
