Event Rules
- The organization company has the right not to allow people who are deemed unsuitable for the event and who disturb/disturb other guests, on condition that the ticket price is refunded.
- Guests are required to comply with the specified seating arrangement. It is necessary to sit in the designated seats throughout the event.
- We kindly request that you be ready at the door of the event with your ticket at least 30 minutes before the event start time.
- Since the barcode/ticket check will be made during the entrance, it is mandatory to present your ticket. First of all, if your ticket was purchased with a membership, you can access your ticket from the My Tickets section by logging in to your membership. In cases where you cannot access it, if you did not purchase your ticket with a membership, please contact Biletix Customer Services.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the conditions for purchasing discounted tickets.
- The organizer has the right to make changes to the event area and time.
It is forbidden to take food and drinks into the event area.
- Audiences will not be allowed into the hall after the event starts.
No cancellations, refunds or changes can be made to purchased tickets.
