Event Rules
- Opening time: 17:00
- The event is for individuals aged 7 and above.
- Bringing food/beverages from outside during the event is prohibited.
- Bringing power banks, lighters, any sharp or piercing tools, or weapons to the event is prohibited.
- It is important to arrive before the start time.
- Disabled citizens who have purchased or wish to purchase tickets must contact the organization company CFC.
- The organization company reserves the right to change ticket prices.
- The organization company has the right to refuse entry to individuals it deems unsuitable for the event.
- PDF ticket application is available.
- Download your PDF ticket to your phone or remember to print your PDF ticket.
- Recording and live broadcasting during the event are prohibited.
- Each participant is subject to a ticket.
- Biletix and the organizer are not responsible for spectators who arrive after the event has started and are unable to sit in their purchased seats. The organizer and Biletix do not guarantee seats for late arrivals. Therefore, we kindly request you to arrive before the event time.
- Participants who enter the event area and then leave will be required to purchase new tickets for re-entry.
- Event tickets must only be purchased from official sales points determined by the organization owner. The organization owner has the right to refuse entry to individuals with tickets not purchased from official sales points.
- The organization owner has the right to refuse entry to individuals they deem unsuitable, provided they refund the event ticket price.
- Food and drinks are not allowed into the event area.
- Pets are not allowed into the event area.
- You must keep your personal belongings with you within the event area. The participant is responsible for all personal belongings.
- It is prohibited to enter the event area with any flammable, explosive (deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), combustible, sharp, or piercing tools, and laser pointers.
- Recording during the event is strictly prohibited. Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras and cameras, etc.), selfie sticks and GoPro sticks, etc. materials will not be allowed into the event area.
- The organizer owns the right to use photos and videos of people participating in the event in promotional materials, and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program and ticket prices.
