Nickelodeon Play! Tersane İstanbul - 2026

1- Nickelodeon Play! Tersane Istanbul entry wristbands are used for entering and exiting the park. A list of free and paid services and units can be obtained from the ticket booths.
2- Wristbands are only used at the turnstiles upon entry. Payments within the park are made in cash or by credit card.
3- Guests must carry identification or a passport with them. Infants aged 0–2.99 and children aged 3–11.99 are accepted. Identification or a passport must be presented at the ticket office to confirm the age of infants and children.
4- Wristbands must be kept in their original condition. In case of breakage or loss, please contact the Guest Relations Office. Identification and signature may be requested when necessary. Legal action will be taken in case of fraudulent or illegal use.
5- Amusement units may be temporarily closed due to high traffic or maintenance work. Current information can be obtained from the Guest Relations Office.
6- Wristbands are valid for the same day within the park's operating hours.
7- Wristbands cannot be returned or canceled.
8- Escorts are responsible for the people accompanying them. Guests under the age of 12 cannot enter the park alone. Escorts of guests under the age of 12 cannot be under the age of 18.
9- Flammable, explosive materials, cutting or piercing tools, weapons, and hazardous materials are prohibited.
10- Pets are not allowed in the park area.
11- Objects that may pose a danger, such as frisbees, balls, etc., and equipment such as scooters, skateboards, bicycles, and roller skates are prohibited.
12- In the event of behavior that jeopardizes the order, peace, and safety of the park, management reserves the right to deny entry to guests or remove them from the park area.

Food and beverage rules
13- Bringing any food or alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages into the park area is prohibited.

Clothing and belongings rules
14- Guests are responsible for all personal belongings. The park management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Rules to be followed
15- All units have restrictions regarding health conditions, weight, height, age, and accompanying persons. Compliance with these restrictions is mandatory.
16- Photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken are for personal use only. Commercial use requires permission.
17- For security reasons, the park area is monitored by a camera system.
18- Smoking and the use of tobacco products are prohibited within the park.
19- Pregnant women and individuals with heart or blood pressure conditions, physical disabilities, or open wounds are prohibited from using the units.
20- Guests must be in good health. Medical advice should be sought in cases of uncertainty regarding health. The “Disability Policy” applies to guests with disabilities.
Disability Policy
21- Unit-specific restrictions are indicated on the rules signs and monitored by staff.
22- Entertainment units involve inherent risks. Guests using the units are deemed to have accepted these risks and are obligated to comply with all warnings.
23- While the park has taken safety precautions, it cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss resulting from failure to comply with the rules.
24- Unit opening and closing times may vary depending on operational demand.
25- Park management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.

Disability policy
26- Guests with disabilities must enter the park accompanied by a companion who is at least 18 years old.
27- Guests with disabilities and their companions must carefully assess boarding and disembarking procedures and comply with all safety instructions.
28- For questions regarding units, please contact the Guest Relations Office without joining the queue.
29- Companions are responsible for the safety of the persons they accompany and for all risks associated with the decision to board.
30- Staff may provide assistance when necessary, but disabled guests may not be lifted.
31- Staff may prevent the use of a unit if they observe an obvious health risk.
