Event Rules

- It is strictly forbidden to light a fire in the event area.
- There is a first aid tent and an ambulance in the event area that will serve during the event.
- Prescription medications that participants need to use when entering the event will be taken with a report and delivered to the first aid tent. Medicines can be purchased from here if needed.
- Situations that occur outside the event area are not under the responsibility and authority of the organizing company and event security. Participants are advised not to leave the area unless necessary for their safety.
- The sale of alcoholic beverages and cigarettes to those under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited in the event area. Since it is a crime for our adult participants to purchase or offer alcoholic beverages or cigarettes to those under the age of 18, those detected will be removed from the festival area.
- Participants under the age of 18 will wear a (-18) wristband. Participants under the age of 18 who are found not to have this wristband or who damage the wristband will be removed from the area.
- Participants under the age of 18 are prohibited from entering the camping area without their parents.
- Tickets and QR codes sent to event participants via SMS are personal and disposable.

- Participants with camping tickets are kindly requested not to leave the area between 14:00 and 22:00 and to return to the camping area before 02:00. Otherwise, camping wristbands will be removed and tickets will be cancelled. Event tickets cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes without the permission of the organizing company. In addition, it is strictly prohibited to carry out any commercial or promotional activities on the festival grounds without the permission of the organizing company.
- The organizing company has the right to make changes to the event program. Possible changes in the program do not constitute a reason for a full or partial refund of the event ticket.
- Participants cannot quote images and/or audio recordings of concerts, record visual and/or audio recordings containing images of these concerts and artists, reproduce them by recording them on audio and video carriers and/or phonograms, publish them and distribute them to the public, or broadcast them on TV channels, internet media and It cannot be broadcast through GSM operators.
- The organizer company is not responsible for stolen or lost items. Participants are kindly requested not to bring their valuables to the event area.

- Mobile WCs to be installed in the event area will serve free of charge. Maintenance and cleaning will be done by the relevant company.
Our participants are required to use the WCs by taking into account the warnings inside the cabins. Otherwise, problems that may occur may temporarily prevent the use of WCs.
- There will be a variety of Ministry-approved and regularly inspected food and beverage stands in the event area to meet everyone's
needs. We recommend not purchasing food and beverages from street vendors outside the event area, considering the possibility of poisoning.
- All GSM operators increase their coverage by establishing mobile base stations in the area. Connection problems in the festival area belong to GSM operators.
- Sound and light patterns in the event area may cause temporary hearing and temporary eye disorders.
- Light effects and visuals that may not be suitable for epilepsy patients may be used during the event.
- Camp staff will decide on the spots where participants who have purchased a camping ticket can pitch their tents. During tent
installations, the staff on duty will not allow unnecessary use of space, taking into account tent dimensions and number of people.
- Car, motorcycle, trailer, caravan, bicycle, scooter etc. Vehicles are not allowed into the festival and camping area.
