Event Rules
- There is an age limit of 6 years. Ages 6 and above are subject to a ticket.
- The organizing company has the right to refuse entry to the event venue to anyone who disturbs/will disturb other guests, provided that the ticket price for the event is refunded.
- Guests are obliged to follow the specified seating arrangement. Guests are required to sit in the designated seats throughout the event.
- We kindly request you to be ready to be at the door of the event with your ticket at least 30 minutes before the event start time.
- It is mandatory to present your ticket as the barcode / ticket will be checked at the entrance. First of all, if your ticket is purchased with a membership, you can access your ticket from the My Tickets area by logging in. In case you cannot access your ticket, please contact Biletix Customer Services if you did not purchase your ticket with membership.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions for discounted ticket purchase.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the venue and time of the event.
- It is forbidden to take food and drinks into the event area.
- No spectators will be allowed in the hall after the event starts.
- Purchased tickets cannot be canceled, refunded or changed.
- It is forbidden to bring cameras and cameras into the event venue.
