- Concert tickets must only be purchased from the official sales points designated by the organizer. The organization owner has the right to remove the owners of the tickets not purchased from the official sales points from the concert venue.
- Spectators who enter the event area must purchase a new ticket if they exit the area.
- The right to use the photos and videos of the people attending the concert in promotional materials belongs to the organization.
- By attending the concert, the participant agrees to exercise this right.
- It is mandatory to present your ticket as the barcode / ticket will be checked at the entrance. First of all, if your ticket is purchased with a membership, you can access your ticket from the My Tickets area by logging in. If you cannot access your ticket, please contact Biletix Customer Services if you did not purchase your ticket with membership.
