Event Rules
- Door opening time: 19:00
- Concert start time: 21:00
- Participants under 6 years of age are not allowed in the venue.
- Each participant is subject to a ticket.
- Audience under 14 can only enter the venue with their parents.
- There is no age limit of 18. Participants over 18 are subject to a wristband.
- Sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems.
- Light schemes in the event area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
- The ticketing company, organizer company and venue management are not responsible for the inability of our spectators who arrive after the event starts to sit in the seats they have purchased. The organizer, ticketing company and venue management do not guarantee seats for late arrivals. For this reason, we kindly request you to arrive before the concert time.
- All participants must have their tickets with them during the event.
- Participants who enter the event area will be required to purchase a new ticket if they exit the event area.
- Event tickets should only be purchased from the official sales points determined by the organizer. The organizer has the right not to admit the owners of the tickets not purchased from the official sales points to the event area.
- The organization owner has the right not to admit the person they do not deem appropriate to the event area, provided that the event ticket price is refunded.
- Food and beverages are not allowed in the event area
- Pets are not allowed in the event area.
- You should keep your personal belongings with you in the event area. All personal belongings are the responsibility of the participant.
- It is forbidden to enter the event area with flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume, etc.), flammable, cutting and piercing tools and laser pointers.
- Recording is strictly prohibited during the event. Professional audio and video equipment (video cameras, cameras, etc.), selfie sticks, GoPro sticks, etc. will not be allowed in the event area.
- The right to use the photos and videos of the participants in the event in promotional materials belongs to the organizer and the participant accepts the use of this right by participating in the event.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the program and ticket prices.
